Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, except for national holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 48-72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our shipping carrier's site.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed shipments.
SHIPPING REFUNDS
Refunds include the total value of any returned items less return shipping costs. Please note that delivery fees are non refundable unless you were shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
